Griffith Park - Mission San Juan Capistrano - Newport (Orange County)

Another very sunny day today :-)

We saw the famous Hollywood sign on the hills today while visiting the Griffith Observatory and going for a walk in the Griffith park.

Afterwards direction 'Mission San Juan Capistrano' (a drive of almost 2h) to visit a Spanish mission & Oldest church of California. Totally different town than Hollywood.
On our way we experienced the highway with 8 (!) lanes in each direction as well as big traffic jam from and to LA city.

On our way back we stopped at New Port beach, very 'chic' harbour and another very different type of town. Also very relaxing.

To end the day, another walk on Hollywood Boulevard and its shops.

  2. Wat een heerlijk weertje! Ook Pattaya heeft haar naam zo op de heuvels gezet, maar dat is natuurlijk een heel ander wereldje ...
